This hotel suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a shuttle. I'll never forget how the friendly staff helped me find a phone charger. I highly recommend it and I'll be back for Xmas!

good location but room cleanliness needs improvement

The location offered easy access to local attractions. The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately, I found the cleanliness of the room lacking.

The room was clean, but the bed was uncomfortable and noisy from the elevator.

I really loved the comfy bed and the hotel was surprisingly clean, though the bathtub faucet was hard to figure out. I wouldn't stay here again.

We enjoyed the incredible views of San Francisco while exploring the bay with a fun water activity. The indoor skydiving at iFly SF Bay was an unforgettable highlight. The shuttle service was super efficient, making it easy to get around, especially at odd hours.

Our check-in experience was a bit rough. Armand wasn't very helpful when we arrived late at night, and we ended up paying extra for an Uber. It was frustrating but didn't ruin our trip.

the crowne plaza is a great spot near the airport. i loved taking a leisurely walk by the bay on those wide sidewalks. my room was comfy with a king-size bed, a fridge, and a coffee maker. the service was excellent, and they even checked in on me to ensure everything was perfect.

Decent stay for a night

The room was tiny but super clean and had a nice smell. It’s close to the airport, which is a plus. The shuttle took almost 30 min to arrive, though, so keep that in mind if you're in a rush. The bed was comfy, but we only got two towels for the whole family. Kinda strange, right?
